Epoxy Floor Systems are a great way to enhance the look and feel of any space. Garage floors must be installed correctly for proper installation. Our epoxy floor system is installed in 2 days. The Epoxy floor system we install is a 4 layer system. The first day consist of crack & surface repair and degreasing oil spots followed by diamond floor grinding. Then we roll on the first coat of the pigmented epoxy with or without chips. The 2nd day consist of us blowing the excess chips off floor, scraping the floor laying chips flat and then sealing them with a water base clear coat to help lay chips flat and locking them in place. The final coat is a polyurethane clear coat that is UV protected.

 1^st Day of Installation

• Repair Cracks and surface repair
• Degrease oil spots
• Diamond grind garage floor (must fill like 120 grit sandpaper)
• Spray or vacuum debris out of garage
• Roll out epoxy coat and chips

2nd Day of Installation

• Sweep or blow excess chips
• Scrap surface laying chips flat
• Roll out clear water base coat to lock colored flakes in place
• Roll out clear Polyurethane for final coat
